Mr. Morris Cheung is currently Human Resources Director of MTR Corporation with over 16,000 employees in HK and 17,000 employees in its offshore subsidiaries and associate companies.

Mr. Cheung joined the company in 1983 as an engineer. From 2007 to 2009, he was seconded to Ngong Ping 360, a subsidiary of MTR, as its Managing Director. Between July 2009 and October 2011, Mr. Cheung was Chief of Operating and then Chief of Operations Engineering. In July 2012, Mr. Cheung was appointed as Human Resources Director. He is a Fellow of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, The Institution of Engineering and Technology and The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport in Hong Kong, and the Chairman of the Asia Pacific Division of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP).
