Dominique de Ternay, 48 years old, graduated from HEC Business School with a Master in 1990. He started his career in the Danone Group during 15 years, first in export, then in the mineral water marketing in France, working on the brands Salvetat and Evian.
After a short experience in on-line banking, he joined the Flo Group, a leading restaurant group in France, as the Marketing Director, in charge of the brands Hippopotamus, Bistro Romain, La Coupole. His experience at RATP started in 2010, when he became
Head of marketing, specifically in charge of customer & market research, relational marketing, product & service innovation and digital media; he has built and implemented the RATP Open Data strategy since 2011.
