Francisco Martinez Davis holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Cum Laude from Villanova University.

Mr. Martinez Davis has been with Metro de Madrid S.A. since 2012, when he joined as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Committee responsible for finance, controlling, treasury management, tax planning, accounting and administration, and logistics. 

In addition, he is a board member of Transportes Ferroviarios de Madrid and Metro Ligero de Madrid. Pryor to joining Metro de Madrid S.A. he was Finance Director in retail, construction and telecommunications industries. He also held banking positions in J.P. Morgan, BNP Paribas and Banco Central in New York and in London and was named one of the “100 best finance directors in Spain 2010, 2012 and 2013” by Actualidad Económica in collaboration with KPMG.
